How I implemented the showing of titles within my video
Instead of brining up a lower third saying the artist and song information I though I would try and put them in the music video itself to some extent .
Artist Name -Exhibition - Appears when the picture goes black and white near the beginning of the song
Song Name - Last One Standing - Appears slightly animated on the red bus also near the beginning
I did this because I wanted music video to have something different to other music videos

Friday 25th September -Choice of Actors
I came to the conclusion that
Elijah Serumaga will be my artist and Cemal Combat will be the taxi driver . There will also be small parts for my friends Bishu,Sam and Ethan playing the Children running up the stairs and the angry man .

5/12/10 - Last Day of Filming
In my last day of filming I went to a empty train station near my house to film some establishing shots . I did this at 4am in the morning to it was very empty and I was able to spend a good hour up there filming all the footage I needed
4/11/10 6th of Filming
Elijah was already with me from the previous night and we went to my Nan's house to complete some green screen footage in a bigger spacial area . We got there around 2pm and finished at 4pm . I filmed Elijah in front of the green screen lip syncing on numerous occasion also in different costumes . Going to my nans house was a massive benefit because it allowed Elijah to also fit his feet on his green screen in front of the camera .
Straight after this Cemal came other and we all went to the park again to film some more footage of the chase .
3/12/10 - 5th Day of Filming
Elijah came to my house around 7pm at night and we filmed a few car park scenes of him walking
27/11/10 - 4th Day of Filming
In the very early hour of the morning around 7am I went with my Dad filming into London for a majority of the day . We left from my house at around 7am in the morning and got into Covent Garden at around 7:40 . I was mainly looking out for black cabs , red buses and police cars as i had planned an introduction to involve similar things .
I was also on the look out for shops with a TV involved for a possible backdrop that I could possibly use .
I was in London with my dad from around 7:40 am to 1pm . I got a lot of footage and some key footage for my planned introduction
26/11/10 - 3rd Day of Filming
On the 3rd day of filming we got two massive things completed from my point of view .
First of all we completed the child scene where the kids run up to my house and knock on my door and run way . To do this I had my friends Bishu,Sam and Ethan who kindly took part in this scene . They came to my house at around 6pm and it was dark which is exactly how I wanted the weather to be in order to create a much better feel for the footage .
I filmed Sam and Ethan run up my stairs knock on my door and run away as quick as they could . I filmed this with many cuts involved because I did not feel it was possible to do as a long take .
I then after filmed my friend Bishu come out of my house and point and the boys who had just run away . We completed this in very short term of around 1 hour .
After this Elijah came round and we filmed at around 9pm on the streets near my house . We created a 'Money Please' sign as I wanted my Artist to give away the impression that he was poor because the lyrics were 'Cold and Starvin' . I filmed Elijah on the street holding up the sign for around 20-25 minutes .
This day helped me a lot as I was very near completing at a very early stage which gave me the time to focus on other areas of my A2 Media Project . A massive day in the creation of the project !

I also needed Elijah so he came to my house as well at 10am in the morning so all 3 of us were together .
This was day I planned to film a lot of chase scene that was a massive part in the storyline of my music video . At 10am I drove us 3 to the entrance of the park and we walked inside with all of the camera equipment . We began with a establishing shot to test things out . I then filmed the beginning bit of the chase where Cemal is chasing Elijah at the beginning of the park entrance . After doing this we need filmed many other shots throughout the park which went very well .
I then filmed Elijah lip syncing on the park bench for around an hour or two . I also again made him repeat lip syncing the song on numerous occasions so that during the editing process less mistakes can be made and you have a much greater chance of fitting footage in where it counts . I made sure we Elijah new the words and we also had a backtrack playing in the background so it makes it easier for him and also a lot easier during the editing process.
We overall filmed in the park a good 5 to 6 hours filming a lot of footage . Mainly the lip syncing .

19/11/10 1st Day of Filming
Eljiah came back to my house after school and we got back around 6:30ish
I had taken the green screen and the lighting kit from school so we set them both in the basement of my house which took around a good 30 minutes to set up in the correct way as it was our first time setting this type of equipment up .
We began filming around 7:30 and I shot Elijah in front of the green screen lip syncing the song on around 10-20 different occasion in different costumes . I filmed him in different costumes because I plan to use certain effect which will require this .
We ended filming around 12 at night . I had 4 hours of footage of Elijah behind the green screen which can only be a benefit to me as the more footage you have the less chance you have got going wrong .
Overall the first day of filming was very good and I am very pleased that we have made a good start to making this music video .

My Editing Plan
Above is quick editing plan that I designed to keep my self a lot more organised when it come to actually sitting down and preparing to edit .
This helped me to prepare my time a lot better .

Effects After Completion Before and After - Artist's in Sony TV
Above you can see how my effect I planned turned out in the end .
I used Motion 4 for the graphic and visual effect design .

Here i was able to manipulate the image and chroma key my artist from the original greescreen footage shot several times in different costumes and placed him by a shop front which I took a picture of in London

Here you can see I was able to put my artist in the background of the television screen by chroma keying him in there via the greesceen footage I captured

If you look carefully you will notice that only the bus and the text in the picture have some sort of Color and everything else is black and white making the bus the main priority for audience .
